Our Policy
We want you to love your order! If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review our return conditions below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item is in its original, unused condition with original packaging
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or colour chosen by the customer
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Sale items or items purchased during promotional events
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@morythings.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item (if damaged or defective)
- A brief description of the issue
We reserve the right to assess each case individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Wholesale Orders
All wholesale orders are final sale — no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted under any circumstances, including change of mind or order errors made by the buyer.
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement only — no refunds or store credit will be issued.
By placing a wholesale order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
